Neurotoxin
Dysport® is part of a class of injectables called “neuromodulators.” These injectable products are a great way for clients to address dynamic wrinkles, or wrinkles caused by facial movements. Dynamic wrinkles most commonly form near the eyes, eyebrows, mouth, and forehead. Each injection session typically takes less than 20 minutes to complete and can provide patients with wrinkle correction that lasts at least four months.
Dermal Fillers
Loss of facial fullness and definition is a problem that many people experience as they age. Dermal fillers provide a simple, injectable solution for patients to correct this volume loss in both the face and lips. By restoring lost volume, patients can fill in fine lines and wrinkles near the mouth, nose, and chin.
Microneedling with Growth Factors
Microneedling is a treatment that uses the power of controlled damage, via tiny needles, to stimulate healing and rejuvenation deep within the skin. In contrast to laser/light resurfacing, which uses thermal energy (heat) to cause injury, microneedling is safe for all skin types without risk of hyperpigmentation. Topical growth factors, either commercially-prepared or the patient’s PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma), are used during treatment to further nourish and encourage the growth of healthy new skin, collagen and elastin. PRP provides the skin with specific growth factors and can be used both topically and injected to maximize the benefits of microneedling.
Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Injections
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections are a minimally invasive method that we use for a variety of treatments. PRP injections work by stimulating natural tissue and blood vessel growth processes. They are a popular treatment for unwanted lines and wrinkles to achieve facial rejuvenation, and they can be used in addition to microneedling. The natural growth stimulation process also makes them effective for hair restoration for thinning hair. PRP injections can be used for genital restoration and wellness, helping with urinary incontinence, vaginal dryness, sexual satisfaction and erectile dysfunction. Procedure times range from 20 minutes to an hour, and multiple treatments may be required, but patients typically see results within the first few weeks.
